We provide guidance, organize meetings, and track progress while using data to understand what works. Our Collaborative Action Networks are groups that join forces to solve specific community problems. They work together, share ideas, and use data for more significant impact than individual efforts. Together, we drive real and lasting change in the community.

Get Ready for School
A program that helps incoming kindergarteners get comfortable with classroom routines, practice crucial early learning skills, and explore their school before their first day.
Transition Skills Summary
A snapshot of a child’s readiness for kindergarten at the end of preschool. Preschools and parents receive a report.
16 for Success
Kits are given to preschoolers transitioning to kindergarten. It reinforces the 16 skills identified are highly predictive of kindergarten readiness. The kits include a Rising Kindergarten Board Game and Book.
CLASS Act Scholars
9 Month Program for Early Childhood Educators that combines the CLASS curriculum with peer-to-peer learning and professional development.
