Readiness Coalition Meetings

Akron Public Schools students

School districts across Summit County are organizing community conversations on early learning and school readiness called “Readiness Coalitions.” Individuals working with young children in schools, preschools and other settings, along with interested community members, typically gather at quarterly Readiness Coalition meetings in their district. The Readiness Coalitions are led by an elementary school principal or other district-level leader in each community. These coalition leaders also come together quarterly at Summit Education Initiative to exchange ideas and share information.

Check out upcoming Readiness Coalition meeting dates, related event details and contact information below. Visit this page often! We will add more districts as they announce their 2018 meeting dates. (Items in orange are meeting dates. Items in dark blue are other early childhood community events.)
